Bob Stice, MA, LPCC – Chief Executive Officer/Clinical Director

Bob Stice is Clinical Director for Outcomes. In that role he provides oversight and clinical supervision for Psychotherapy and Counseling programs. Bob has over thirty years of clinical experience in psychotherapy and counseling, including a number of clinical and administrative roles in behavioral healthcare settings. Prior to coming to New Mexico, he had a comprehensive clinical practice in the Texas Medical Center in Houston, TX, where he also worked in adjunct roles at Rice University and M.D. Anderson Cancer Hospital. In addition to his work at Outcomes, Bob maintains a busy schedule teaching retreats and conferences, including his work on the faculty of the CREDO Institute, a national program for wellness research and programming. He is a clinical member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy and a professional member of American Counseling Association.

Wendy Deluca, LPCC, Therapist / Assistant Clinical DirectorWendy Pic June 2015(1)

Wendy has a Masters of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA and a Certificate in Pastoral Counseling from Hillsong International Leadership College in Sydney, Australia. She has facilitated numerous groups including Divorce Recovery, Healthy Communication, and Boundary Setting. Wendy is also writing a book to help women find joy and contentment in singleness and has been published in Joyful Living Magazine. As a Navy Veteran, she has a special understanding of the needs of service members and their families. In her spare time, Wendy enjoys traveling, swing dancing, attending musicals, and playing with her Pomeranian, “Toby”.


Irene Monje, LPCC, LADACIrene Monje

Irene earned her Bachelors and Masters degree in Counseling from the University of New Mexico.  She was licensed as a Independent Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in 2006 and as a Alcohol and Drug Counselor in 1999 (LADAC).

In her 26 years of employment at UNM Hospital especially in the Emergency and Critical Care units she worked independently and with a large multidisciplinary team with a diverse and complex population under difficult circumstances.

Irene applies a direct approach to problem solving with Trauma Informed Care to assist individual, couples and families dealing with a myriad of life cycle issues. Irene is also fluent in the Spanish language.

Elaine Padilla, MSW, LISW

Elaine Padilla graduated from Indiana University in 1986 with her M.S.W.  She has worked in mental health for 24 years and is currently licensed as an Independent Social Worker in the State of New Mexico.




Katy Fehr, LCSW

Kathryn “Katy” Fehr is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Katy also has experience as a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Therapist (CTRS) and training as an Equine Specialist in Mental Health and Learning.  Katy grew up in New England and graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation. She relocated to New Mexico in 1999 to take a position as Therapeutic Recreation Specialist at the Children’s Psychiatric Hospital in Albuquerque, NM, where she worked for 13 years. Katy earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of New Mexico in 2012. Her professional experience prior to Outcomes includes working with children, adolescents and families in outpatient settings, acute care and residential treatment. Katy comes to us after working at5 Sandhill Child Development Center for 5 + years. She’s also worked extensively with children and adolescents, families and parents utilizing emotion focused perspectives, trauma informed care, experiential therapy, animal assisted therapies, and equine assisted psychotherapy.  Katy has completed Reiki Master training this year.  Katy is rarely seen without Penny, an oh-so-remarkable border collie rescued by her family in 2014. The two are true partners in helping people reach their full potential. In her spare time, Katy spends time with her husband, their two young sons, and—of course — Miss Penny.


Terry Soter, PhDDr. Terry Soter

Dr. Soter is a licensed psychologist who received his analytic training at the Jung Institute of Chicago, where he has served three years as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees. He is a prescribing psychologist at Outcomes, Inc. and is in private practice in Santa Fe. He has taught psychoanalysis in Fort Lauderdale and at the Jung Institutes in both Chicago and Zurich. His thesis was a look into the imaginal communication between the analysand and the analyst. His areas of interest include psychopharmacology and its interface with psychoanalysis.


Mediation and Conflict Resolution

Tonya Covington 

Tonya Covington is the Director of Conflict Resolution at Outcomes, Inc. Tonya has been a trained mediator and teacher of mediation for 27 years.  Tonya has expertise in Workplace, Transformative, Cross-cultural, Postal (REDRESS), Divorce and Elder mediation.


Grandparents Raising Grandchildren  

Simone Ali previously worked in volunteer enrollment at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central New Mexico and prior to that, as a caseworker for a private foster care agency in Illinois. She is a member of the Grandparents Raising Grandchildren Alliance and a participating member of the GRG Task Force.
