Outcomes offers many services to seniors living in Sandoval County through our Sandoval Senior Connection program.

We also offer special support for Grandparents raising Grandchildren.

For those seniors who live outside of Sandoval County and are not currently raising grandchildren, we also offer different types of services including:

• Counseling for seniors and their caretakers
• Conflict resolution services to assist families who are struggling to find the best solutions for elder care
• Psychiatric evaluations and medication management for seniors
