The difference between the person doing cardio at the gym (or hiking in the foothills) and the person at home on the couch thinking about cardio at the gym (or hiking in the foothills) is action.

Once a new idea for activity enters your brain, you have about five (5) seconds to take action before your brain puts the brakes on and re-commits to auto-pilot (aka, sitting on the couch). How will you motivate to take the action to work toward wellness?
